We offer free ground shipping within the US. Expediated domestic shipping is available for an additional fee calculated at checkout; however, 24-hour delivery is not offered.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.

ILLU is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please contact us, and we will assist you. You may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier for further resolution.
